Why chocomon chocolate?

This project was born from the need to make chocolate without traces of nuts.

Many of you ask us why we make chocolate with milk, if milk is an allergen?.

Clàudia is finally the chocolate she wanted since she tolerates milk protein.

And this is our reason for being born.

From there we saw that there are many people who are allergic to milk protein and we made dark chocolate without milk or traces and chocolate with chufa.

Chufa chocolate replaces milk chocolate and has a very similar taste.

We close all the products in the workshop, we never manufacture anything else at the same time.
