Our prices appear with VAT included, chocolate VAT is 10% and transport is 21%.
Only sales made to professionals or companies identified with an intra-Community operator number would be exempt from tax.
OUT of EU
Our prices appear with VAT excluded for chocolate VAT is 10% and we will apply VAT for transport which will be 21%.
The basket will always be visible on the upper right side of the screen, and will calculate the VAT price of the products.

Once the purchase is complete, you will be asked for the payment method, you can choose between Pay Pal or debit card or credit card. If you have any problems with the payment methods mentioned above, send us an e-mail and we can rotate bank receipts or allow transfers.
We ask for an e-mail and mobile phone to be able to track the order.
In case the order is processed by (our courier), we will send you an e-mail and SMS so that you can follow your shipment.
Shipping policy.
All orders will be delivered in 24 or 72 hours (working days) in Spain and 7 days in other EU countries, depending on the type of service selected when making the purchase. Deliveries are made during the day from (9:00 to 19:00). Ideal to provide a delivery address where there are usually people in this time slot.
If when the delivery man passes at the address provided they are absent, a step note will be left in the mailbox indicating the shipping number and the telephone number of the transport agency to which they must contact to schedule the next delivery. Two home deliveries will be made free of charge, otherwise packages will have to be picked up at the transport agency office.
In winter and to make the freight more affordable the 72’00 service will be used. Deliveries for the next three working days of collection.
In summer the 19’00 service will be used. Deliveries before 19:00 the next business day upon collection. Refrigerated service may be used in some destinations so as not to alter the quality of the product.
Chocolate should be kept between 18-20 oC.
Transit times: guidelines expressed on working days for shipments to and/or destination BCN.
Shipments to Andorra, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Gibraltar will be made by Post Office,
Balearic Islands will be mailed as they offer better rates.
PO Boxes are not allowed for shipments.
In some Portuguese towns there is one more day of transit; Algarve, Coimbra, Evora, Montijo, Ourem, Santarem, Sines, and Vilareal.
The prices of the transport are based on the weight of the order and the volume of the order.

We deliver to : Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Luxembourg and Monaco, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Ireland and Sweden.
Deliveries from 2 to 5 working days depending on the area.

Returns
Returns are not allowed. If the order is not in good condition call us and send us photos of the goods in bad condition. We will proceed to re-ship the goods. montse@xocomon.com
