Xocomon requests the following data to be able to make the purchase: Customer name, email address, telephone number, shipping address and if the customer requires it, the billing address is requested to be able to issue the automatic invoice.

Xocomon scrupulously respects the confidentiality of personal data provided by visitors to the e-commerce, by complying with current regulations on the protection of personal data, and among others, the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the protection of personal data.

By placing an order using the Xocomon website, the customer expressly accepts the application of these general conditions to transactions carried out using this medium. The program allows the customer to consult Xocomon prices, product stocks and the issuance of orders by electronic means. There is no restriction, you buy directly without registering.

All prices include VAT.

The payment methods are by credit card, debit card, PAY PAL gateway or bank transfer.

All data provided in these gateways are confidential and are the property of Caixabanc or PayPal, without xocomon storing or having access to this data. The conditions of use and privacy will be those offered by these two companies.

The client accepts that the only documentation provided by xocomon in relation to the purchase and payment method of the services acquired through the e-commerce program is an order and a commercial invoice in the event that it is expressly required by the client.

Xocomon is responsible for all expenses and costs of using the program, including, without limitation, consumption and telephone connection expenses, telecommunications equipment, etc.

Email will NOT be considered a valid means for the purposes of claims. How to buy and shipping to your home.

You can buy from anywhere in the world and it can be shipped anywhere, the world is global and so are we.

If you want an invoice, we will ask for your NIF and we will send you the invoice in accordance with the law, automatically. All orders issue a confirmation sheet that you will receive in your email.

Our prices appear with VAT included, the VAT on chocolate is 10% and the transport is 21%.

The basket will always be visible in the upper right side of the screen, and it will calculate the price with VAT of the products.

Once you have finished shopping, enter your shipping details and proceed to complete the purchase, you will see related products that may interest you. You can reload your cart and complete the purchase.

Once the purchase is complete, you will be asked for the payment method, you can choose between Pay Pal or debit card, credit card or transfer. If you have any problems with the payment methods mentioned above, send us an email. If you pay by transfer, the order is not processed until the money reaches the bank. Send proof to expedite the procedures.

We ask for an email and mobile phone number to be able to track the order.

Shipping Policy.

All orders will be delivered within 24 or 48 hours (working days), depending on the type of service selected when making the purchase. Deliveries are made during the day (9:00 to 19:00). It is ideal to provide a delivery address where there are usually people during this time slot.

If when the delivery person passes by the address provided they are absent, another attempt will be made, you can usually track the package by email. Two home deliveries will be made free of charge, otherwise the packages will have to be collected at the transport agency office. If it is not collected, it will be returned to xocomon and you will have to pay again to receive the package.

In summer, cold service will be used. Deliveries before 13:30 on the working day following collection.

The chocolate must be kept between 18-25 ºC.

Shipments to Andorra, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Gibraltar will be processed by e-mail.

No shipments are made to PO boxes.

In some Portuguese towns there is one more day of traffic; Algarve, Coimbra, Évora, Montijo, Ourem, Santarem, Sines, and Vilareal.

The goods are insured by LOT.

Orders that enter and are paid before 12:00h, will generally be processed to leave the same day. For orders placed after this time, the departure on the same day is not guaranteed, but the next day.

Returns

Returns are not accepted, as it is a product that can be contaminated, we cannot re-process them. Returns are not accepted in any case.
